Diet
Love the life you live. Eat the food you love. Love the food you eat.
This “Diet” is not “A Diet” at all. This is a lifestyle embracing the
opportunity to eat the food you love and love the food you eat. This
is a journey, learning about food, gaining education (knowledge is
power), and feeling more alive incorporating nutrient dense, clean,
real food in to your “diet”. Experience true gratitude for the food that
was intended for your body. This food, real food, enhances well being
providing the energy and vitality necessary to live a powerful and
fulfilling life.

Detox
Wouldn’t it be great to find a “cure”? And wouldn’t it be even better to
prevent disease in the first place? My passion is prevention. While we
can’t live in a bubble we can definitely incorporate strategies to let go
of the toxins that often promote disease and compromise our health.
Whether you set out to spot clean, deep clean, or full on “Spring Clean”
your system, detoxification will bring about all kinds of positive change.
The liver is the organ responsible for metabolizing fat and we
start there. Cleaning and supporting the “filters” of the body is the first
step on the path towards optimal health. Detoxification can aid in
disease prevention, promoting optimal organ function, weight loss,
slowing the aging process, mental clarity, bright eyes, clear skin, and
more. The human body is absolutely amazing. Letting go of the toxins
that have taken up residence in your system can bring your body in to
balance giving it the environment it needs in order to heal and thrive.

Downdog
It’s about a whole lot more than touching your toes. It’s about finding peace in the midst of change (even when it is unsolicited). Peace, in the midst what sometimes feels like complete chaos.Yoga. The actual meaning of this word is to “yoke”, to join, unite, to make whole. Uniting mind, body, and spirit through the practice of conscious breath, meditation, and movement can have a transformational effect on the way we show up in the World. The ancient practice of yoga has spoken to human beings for centuries. Far beyond just the physical, tried and true this practice provides a path to the sanctuary that lies within.
